Click "Apply Now" on any listing. The secure online application takes about 15 minutes — you'll need your ID, proof of income, and basic rental history. Nothing is charged at submission. After you submit, our leasing team contacts you within 24 hours to securely complete the $50 application fee. Your application is activated for review only after payment is completed — and applicants who complete payment quickly are placed earlier in the review queue.

Applications are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours after the application fee payment is completed. Faster decisions are often made for applicants who provide accurate information and remain responsive — and applicants who act quickly are often prioritized in the review process. You'll receive email updates at every stage and can track your status anytime using your Application ID.

The application fee is a flat $50 and covers your background and credit screening. It is non-refundable once payment has been processed. If your application is not approved, you may be eligible for application credits toward a future application — see our Application Credit Policy for details.
