Click "Apply Now" on your chosen listing to open our secure online application — personal info, employment, rental history, and more.

Get Reviewed
After the application fee is paid, we review your application within 24 to 72 hours. You'll receive email updates at every stage.

Move In
Sign your lease digitally and coordinate move-in details with your landlord. Welcome home.

What You'll Need

  • Government-issued photo ID (driver's license or passport)
  • Proof of income — pay stubs, offer letter, or bank statements
  • Employment information — employer name, contact, and duration
  • Rental history — previous addresses and landlord contact info
  • Two personal or professional references
  • Social Security Number (for credit/background check)

Application Fee

The application fee covers your background and credit screening. The fee for each listing is displayed on the property page before you apply — the standard fee for most listings is $50. Nothing is charged when you submit your application.

After you submit, our leasing team will contact you within 24 hours at the phone number or email you provided to securely coordinate payment of the application fee. Your application enters review only once the fee is paid. The fee is non-refundable after payment has been processed, except as described in our Application Credit Policy.
